Practus’ Role in CFO Services
- Assist with the establishment of budgetary systems for tracking budgets versus actuals by designing the framework and metrics, and finalizing the templates and formats.
- Establish a solid costing system that includes determining the input/output (yield) for each product line and product, defining cost drivers and standards for each input required in the manufacture of a product, tracking inefficiencies, and identifying overheads that are directly attributable to the product/process or designing a system to allocate overheads across products/processes as needed.
- Implementation of a high-quality management information system (MIS), incorporating management dashboards to aid in business decision-making.
- Examine existing processes, recommend and implement best practices, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and recommend and implement necessary changes to strengthen internal controls.
